We hold to this ideology that things will always work out according to the first draft in our heads.

Right? the puzzle pieces were a “perfect fit”

I can’t tell you how many times people come up to me and say:

“You must be so successful in your business”

“You’re so jacked bro”

“You and Clara are my favorite couple”

“How are you able to do so many things at the same time”

I’ll tell you straight up - I don’t have things figured out. No one does.

My business is very slowly growing

I struggle with body dysmorphia

Me and Clara disagree and get mad at one another

Many of my days fall apart

But, let me tell you this - THAT is the beauty of life 🌄

We can’t know sunshine without rain.

Light is the absence of darkness so darkness must exist

So, no I don’t have things figured out but I’m hopeful in my God and support system with this pretty lady at the top 🥰

Remove the ideal from your life.

Embrace the trash. Love the trash.

Because without the trash, success wouldn’t taste as sweet 🍯

Science has evolved and will continue to evolve.

Those who practice any field of science should evolve with it.

You should be able to ask questions and have your concerns addressed by your PT.

At the very least, they should be able to say "I don't know but I will find out for you."

If they can't do that, maybe it's time for you to find someone who cares about you and not their ego!

And btw, ultrasound is stupid, you can't strengthen your VMO and you don't need random techniques performed on you because the PT has a fancy certification in it 🤷🏽‍♂️
