Recoil Rider Revolver Grips

Customer Spotlight: Fellow wheelgunner Ricky tried Recoil Riders and sent us this feedback: "I wanted a small compact grip for edc but able to get a good grip when needed. Obviously any recoil reduction is a bonus. Recoil Rider grips delivered. Not only a great feeling grip (texture is somewhat soft yet grippy). It has extra rubber padding up the back strap really taking the bite out of recoil for defensive loads. The grip angle is very good. I considered factory grip angle fine. But after having the Recoil Rider grip changes the angle slightly. The result is a more natural point of aim. As soon as I throw the gun up, I am looking straight down the sights, every time. These grips are awesome! I have a R***r SP101 3” 38 spl I will be buying a set of these grips for it. Great product and quick shipping. Get behind family owned and operated businesses. They are our life blood.
Shoot Straight,
Ricky"
Much appreciated, Ricky.

I put them on my scale and it was confirmed. Close to 2 once’s lower than with my old grips. It is also much more pleasant to shoot. Thank you for a great product folks!!"

Customer Spotlight: Fellow wheelgunner Luke tried Recoil Riders and sent us this feedback: "I have much larger-than-average hands, and it's such a relief to find grips that specifically come in a Small and Large size. The Large size completely fixes any issues I had with getting the correct trigger reach thanks to a nice thick backstrap.
I was skeptical at first about the claim that they provided the squishiness of rubber without the tacky-stickiness that drags on clothing, and since I'm shooting .22WMR I'd be fine even if they were solid G10, but that's exactly how they work. I've got some hockey tape on mine for if my hands get sweaty, but as far as drag on clothing the grips are perfect even without it.
The size is also excellent, being no taller than the factory grip option, so no issue with concealment.
I will definitely be picking up another set whenever I get a centerfire revolver."
Much appreciated, Luke.

Customer Spotlight: Fellow wheelgunner Jerod tried Recoil Riders and sent us this feedback: "Fits perfectly and securely on my S&W 340PD I carry for personal protection while camping/hiking/trailing.
The thick padding on the grip makes putting .357 through it significantly more tolerable, with .38/+P ammo benefiting as well.
The texture of the grip is perfect: not sticky or tacky, and has the right amount of knurling/texture to preventing it from being slippery.
I'm sure this will vary person-to-person but the Large option of the grip actually fit the shape of my hand perfectly. I have larger than average hands with long fingers, and the bottom has just enough for my pinky to hold securely without sacrificing the rounded ergonomics on the bottom.
Quality product. 100% happy with my purchase. Will recommend to anyone looking for a quality J-Frame grip."
Much appreciated, Jerod.

Customer Spotlight: Fellow wheelgunner TC tried Recoil Riders and sent us this feedback: "I was disappointed the first time I took my S&W 638 to the range; in the vernacular, I couldn't hit a cow on the teat with a tin cup. The recoil was worse than I expected, and it rocked so much in my hand that the cylinder release cut a divot in my thumb knuckle.
I knew I needed better control, so I ordered a set of Recoil Rider grips. They went on with a bit of coaxing and I liked the feel of them, not too hard yet not too grippy either. My pinkie fit on the bottom (mostly) and the backstrap of the revolver was now covered, so I hoped that would mitigate some of sharp recoil. I haven't shot it a lot since then but what I have was definitely an improvement. I expect they'll perform even better with time and acclimation. So far, I'm pretty satisfied."
Much appreciated, TC.

Customer Spotlight: Fellow wheelgunner Bamboo tried Recoil Riders and sent us this feedback: "Second review, finally I took my R***r sp101 9mm out with the recoil rider large grip and it is painless. The material be used is just perfect for revolver grips. This design is minimalist, yet just as comfy as the hogue mono grip when shooting. It doesn’t reduce recoil obviously, but it gives a comfortable surface area for recoil to spread out, in turn giving no hot spots and a more comfortable shooting experience. I had no trouble with clearance on the cylinder with moon clips. I could easily drop 500 rounds of +p(if I was rich). I only shot 40 rounds of 124 +p, and a box an a half of 115 federal target and half a box of Tula 115 steel case which may be nato spec they kicked more than the federal; about 130 rounds total( would shoot more but ammo is expensive). These grips real improved the ergonomics, I can get slightly higher on the gun, and with a proper revolver grip with my support hand thumb clamped behind the webbing of my shooting hand I can fight the recoil and the recoil can’t hurt me. Great design David, sorry this review to so long to get out."
Much appreciated, Bamboo.
