For many years, Josh has been a dedicated volunteer with the DCSPCA, lending his time and expertise primarily behind the scenes. His focus is on some of the most challenging dogs and those struggling with aggression or significant behavioral issues. His commitment and compassion exemplify the very best of volunteer service. 💙🐶
