I had such a great time at The Roundhouse yesterday. When your wedding vendors take the time to learn more about servicing you and how to be the best they can be, and create a VIP vendor team you know you’ve found the right group of professionals to plan your big day!

This couple told me they wanted their invitations to feel like a romantic night at the theatre — dramatic, candlelit, and set against the Hudson — so I designed the suite like the opening act of their love story.

We called it Stars on the Hudson.

Custom watercolor portraits of the two of them became part of the design. A theatre-inspired envelope liner nodded to the stages that brought them together. A timeless monogram felt worthy of velvet curtains.

But one detail mattered just as much as the theatre — Sunshine.

So Sunshine was illustrated into the suite and carried through to the reception on their cocktail napkins, woven seamlessly into the celebration.

Because when something is part of your everyday life, it deserves a place in your wedding story too.

It wasn’t just beautiful.

It was theirs.
