Mrs. Schultze, a therapeutic classroom teacher with 20 years of experience, is dedicated to helping students grow, build confidence, and find their motivation. She believes that when students feel supported emotionally and behaviorally, academic success will follow.

This year, she celebrates incredible progress as several students reach graduation in her five-level program—milestones that highlight their perseverance and growth.
