The first of our retrospective series should be an obvious one...

This set of headshots were taken right around our opening day, nearly 10 years ago. Kasey was a young, eager, cook stepping into a major role as the executive chef at MEC and a partner in the company.

A lot has changed for Kasey over the last 10 years... he's now a dad to two amazing boys and is leading a company of restaurants rather than just the one! A few things have stayed the same though.... He's just as photogenic, he's just as fun to be around, and, most importantly, he's just as eager to continue growing and improving.

(Oh and he is sober now so the wine glass here is out of place😃)

MEC literally wouldn't be what it is today with Kasey so what better way to get off a retrospective than with the man himself.
