We get asked all the time: how do you make it look SO good? Honestly, it comes down to a few simple things most people skip.

Start with 3 anchor cheeses (soft, semi-firm, aged). Use odd numbers everywhere. Fill the gaps with color. Fold and ruffle your meats instead of laying them flat. And always, always add something sweet.
