The day runs smoothly when the people around you understand what you want it to look, feel, and sound like and can help bring that to life without confusion or stress. One of the first practices I go through with couples who book partial or full planning is a vision board based on their five senses because if those aren’t satisfied, the day won’t be memorable.

Planning doesn’t have to be overwhelming. It becomes a whole lot easier when your people are aligned. Let your person be your planner or coordinator so you’re not doing the heavy lifting. They’re there to carry that vision all the way through.
