A few weeks ago, we asked our community that we've poured into for a decade, to show up for Perspektiiv Design Co., and ya'll really showed up!! We're officially one of five studios on the ballot for Willamette Weekly's Best of PDX, alongside some incredible Portland talent. 🎉

A hotel-style estate in the heart of Oregon’s wine country, designed for the kind of stays that linger long after you’ve left. ✨

We worked closely with the founders to shape an identity that feels grounded, elevated, and quietly hospitable. The kind of brand that creates space for slow mornings, long dinners, and the people you love most.



This project also became a beautiful study in what real collaboration looks like. Our first illustrated mark was a hand-drawn willow, inspired by a tree on the property. As the work unfolded, the founders felt drawn toward a different plant, one that held more meaning for them and for the land. Following that intuition brought us to a final identity that feels unmistakably theirs.

This is what we love about brand design: the listening, the trust, the willingness to take a turn when the work asks for it. The Carly is ready to welcome guests into something truly special.

We are living in a time where anyone can open Canva, prompt AI, and generate a logo in minutes. The accessibility is powerful. 🤖

But access to tools is not the same as perspective.

Design is not simply arranging fonts or choosing a trending color palette. It is an interpretation. It is discernment. It is translating nuance, emotion, and long-term vision into something tangible.

Templates can replicate aesthetics. AI can remix what already exists. But thoughtful design requires context, strategy, and a point of view.

The future of branding is not about who can generate the fastest asset. It is about who can create meaning.

Human creativity is not becoming obsolete. It is becoming more valuable.

Because a brand that truly resonates is not built from a template. It is built from perspective. 🧠
