Thank you. Truly. Every 🍷 poured, every conversation, every laugh, and late night linger helped create the sweet, singular vibe that has defined Nectaris from day one.

As the year draws to a close we have a bit of news to share. Our neighbor and friend, , has seen remarkable success with . We couldn't be happier for him - and with that success comes the need for Astera to expand. Nectaris will be making way. Our last day of service will be this coming Jazz Sunday, the 28th.

Between now and then, we're going to keep things celebratory 🍾 & a little spontaneous.Stop by for the surprise bubbles & special cellar bottles as we toast 🥂 what's been & what's ahead. This Saturday at 12 Noon I'll be at the bar selling bottles at 20% off - a perfect moment to stock up and say hello.

And this is very much not the end.

Gang, I am excited to share that this Saturday will be the location for 's After Party following their Holiday party hosted . You see, 7 years before inspired me to build my full circle passion project of Nectaris, he introduced me to and the world of powerlifting. I learned that there can be a holistic approach to training (and life) that takes into consideration not just the numeric goals one may want to 'hit', but more importantly additionally looks at balance, nutrition, stressors, & small individual wins. All bodies benefit from strength training yet the accessibility to regular training can be difficult. blossomed out of and they "aim to improve diversity & increase a sense of belonging in training communities, making movement a more accessible & fulfilling pursuit for all.  They believe that the efforts emphasized (while training) will help elicit broader societal change.

So, this Saturday from 8-10 we will not only feature a few drink specials (like the zero proof Recovery Toddy) where 100% of proceeds will go to GSPE, but we will also have some groovy vibes, a hearty limited snack menu, & great company. An Additional % of proceeds from the event will go straight to GSPE as well. Come join us!

I had the honor of visiting Weingut Kopp this past June and it was at that time my mind was opened to appellations in Germany beyond those that specialize in Riesling and other aromatic whites. The future of Chardonnay & Pinot Noir is budding in Baden. The high mountain valley where Kopp is situated is referred to as the 'Burgundian Gap', a sweet spot nestled between the Black Forest & the Vosges Mountains. We will be hosting Johannes Kopp tonight from 5-7. There will be flights, glasses, bottles with no corkage and bottles to go. Come get cozy on this drizzly day and discover a whole new way to see Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay.

This Sunday we will have Jazz in the Lounge for the last Sunday of November ❤️‍🔥

We will also be moving to our new time slot of 6-8pm so you can slow down your weekend and ease into the work week.

Jean-Michel and I landed separately in Southern Oregon around the same time as the world was grappling with a recession. It has been an honor watching him flourish as a precise winemaker; carrying the heritage and experience of his family's vineyard and winery in Muscadet while embracing the climate and resources of the Rogue Valley. is his eponymous label that harnesses tradition and finesse and anyone that asks I will say is THE best Sparkling wine produced in the State of Oregon.

We will be hosting Jean-Mi THIS Saturday from 5-7. We will have flights of his 3 wines including his new limited release of Brut Nature as well glasses and bottles for sale. Come experience Jean-Michel's passion in person and grab a bottle to share with family and friends.
