Spicy Garlic and Rum Prawns
Prawns cooked in a spicy garlic, butter, and rum sauce and served on skewers.

Crostini with Tapenade
Choose from black olive- garlic tapenade or tomato- caper tapenade. A wonderful Spanish style spread for grilled baguette slices brushed with olive oil and rubbed with garlic.

Cider Brined Smoked Salmon Fillet
Smoked Salmon topped with a roasted red pepper aoli and red onions. Served with crackers.

Winter Select Registration Now Open!

It may have just started to feel a little bit like Fall, but that doesn’t mean you can’t start looking ahead to Winter. Mark your calendars for November 4th as that will be the tryout date for any players interested in trying out for a spot on one of Rhino’s four Winter Select Teams. All four teams will head north to Tuckwila, WA for another run at the Space Needle Shootout, November 30th-December 2nd. In addition to the Space Needle Shootout, all four teams will escape Old Man Winter's hold for a bit of sunshine when headed south for the Sandstorm Lacrosse Tournament in Palm Springs, CA January 19th and 20th. If you are looking for a high level of competition this Winter come join us on November 4th as we select the best players to represent Rhino.
