Resistance is a GOOD thing,
Fear is a GOOD thing.

It means you’re onto something epic,
something cathartic,
something you came here for.

Keep going.

If you really think about it, choosing joy is actually scary.

Why is that?!
How could we possibly have managed that?

To be afraid of going after something that brings us JOY? Or even exploring it?

It’s silly when you think about it like that, for our fears are constructs from our mostly irrational conscious minds - we’ve found a way to make our imagined fears SCARY.

And most of us let them win.

But that doesn’t have to be your truth, it doesn’t have to be your life.

Making a choice every single day, although dauntingly slow at times, turns out to be the most effective strategy to becoming the version of you that lights a fire in your belly every time you think about it.

Use that flame, despite the stories in your head and choose to evolve anyways.

Truly, your decisions today will define your tomorrow, and the next day and the next day.
