Recently, our team celebrated topping out at El Nido with Hacienda CDC, Colas Construction, & Access Architecture. “Topping out” is a builders' rite traditionally held when the last beam (or its equivalent) is placed at the top of a structure during its construction.

El Nido will be a 55-unit affordable housing project in Clackamas County, Oregon, with units ranging from 1-3 bedrooms. It will serve families experiencing housing insecurity and the local community through universal and trauma-informed design principles.

Mackenzie and Access Architecture designed the project.
The project's developer and owner, Hacienda, is a Latino-led organization dedicated to advancing the social and economic mobility of all communities.

Congratulations to Hacienda and project partners City of Lake Oswego, Local Government, Clackamas County, Oregon, Metro, New Narrative, Colas Construction, Colas Development Group, Access Architecture, and Beneficial State Bank.
