Strategic Speaking for Results
01/20/2026
Today, we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and the courage it takes to use one’s voice in service of justice.
Dr. King reminds us that leadership is not about volume or position.
It’s about clarity of purpose, moral courage, and a willingness to speak, even when it’s uncomfortable.
Progress has always depended on people who chose not to stay silent.
Who understood that words, when grounded in truth and intention, can change hearts, systems, and history.
Today is an invitation to reflect:
How are we using our voices?
Who are we speaking up for?
And what kind of future are we helping to shape?
May we lead with integrity, compassion, and the courage to be heard.
We’ve all been there... Listening to someone tell a story that drags on, goes nowhere, and loses the room. (Some of us have even been that person.)
Here’s the truth: just doing a great job isn’t enough. I used to think people would notice my work automatically. But people are busy. They won’t always see your value unless you tell them clearly, strategically, and memorably.
That’s why business storytelling matters. Done right, it’s not fluff. It’s influence.
