Our next PDX Estate Marketplace sale is happening July 11th and 12th from 8 to 4 at 11125 SW Greenburg Road in Tigard, and this one is going to be incredible.

We are liquidating Schoolhouse inventory, but we’ve also brought in 15 amazing new estates, so this is truly a curated estate sale experience with something for everyone.

I know the number one question is always, “How much is that Schoolhouse piece?” We hear you! Pricing happens during the final week once everything is staged and set. That’s just how our system works. I’ll do my best to share a few pricing sneak peeks, but I won’t be able to answer every pricing question individually. Besides…half the fun is the anticipation and treasure hunt!

A quick reminder: we don’t offer pre-sales or holds before the sale. Everything is first come, first served because we want to keep it fair for everyone who wakes up early and waits in line.

This month we’re featuring 15 incredible, never-before-shopped estates PLUS a massive selection of Schoolhouse inventory—lighting, furniture, hardware, textiles, and more.

Our tools department and outdoor section are also packed, making this one of the biggest Marketplace sales we’ve ever hosted.

We’ve had lots of questions about the Schoolhouse items. The short version: we’re helping liquidate inventory left behind in the building. It’s a unique opportunity, and once it’s gone, it’s gone.

As for pricing…you won’t be paying retail, but this also isn’t sample sale pricing. We’ve spent a lot of time researching values, and if you’ve looked for these pieces on eBay or resale sites, you’ll know they’re commanding serious prices. Our prices will be better 😉.

A few important reminders:

❌ No pre-sales.
❌ No holds before the sale.
😎First come, first served.

If you’ve never shopped one of our Marketplace sales before, it’s an event! Our team will be on the floor helping shoppers all weekend.

If you find a large piece of furniture or something too heavy to carry, flag down a team member. We’ll put one of our official hold stickers on it! We’ve got a system. It works great. Trust the process:)

🚫 Please don’t use your own hold tags—they don’t mean anything here.

We hold items for 90 minutes. If you’re still shopping, just check in with a team member so we know you’re still here.

We also ask that if you place something on hold, you’re committed to buying it. Once it’s in the hold area, it’s unavailable to everyone else who waited in line. With only two days to sell everything, it’s important that we keep inventory moving.

This sale is going to be BUSY. If there’s something you’re hoping to score, get here early, make a friend in line, bring your patience pants, and know our crew will be hustling all day to keep things running smoothly

A reminder that we are a LOT more than BBQs this month!

For those of you who are new around here, HI 👋 💕🤩 we liquidate estates. When a family can’t hold a traditional in-home estate sale, we carefully pack up the contents of the home and bring everything to our warehouse. Then we set it up like a giant department store and, once a month, host an epic estate sale.

It’s a fantastic place to shop locally, support a small family-owned business, shop sustainably, and find things you simply won’t see in a regular store. Every sale is different because every estate is different—and that’s what makes it so much fun.

Yes, we have all the BBQs this month… but we also have furniture, home décor, art, kitchenware, clothing, books, tools, treasures, oddities, and all the unexpected finds that make estate sale shopping such an adventure.
