šŸ„›Forecast: SUNNYā˜€ļøšŸ„›chamomile aMYLK

I’m sunny is back, just in time for the rain. That’s ok. She will brighten your day, and provide you with an extra dose of much needed calm. This is a special batch aMYLK. I don’t make it very often and it’s only available for a short time!

I drive out every year to see Genevieve to purchase organic chamomile flowers that were picked that day. Then I go back to the kitchen immediately to make a chamomile infused honey simple syrup using Oso Honey. This is a truly lovely mylk that’s not to be missed. I hope you enjoy!

We made more peach passionfruit sea moss this weekend. Apparently, it’s your favorite. I love it, too!

Speaking of sea moss, I’m debuting my sea moss lemonade mocktails this weekend at the LO Farmers Market. I’m really proud of these drinks. You can buy them to go or enjoy them at the market while you’re walking around. As far as I know, no one is doing sea moss mocktails and I’m kind of geeking out over it. They are really good, and really good for you.

The strawberry aMYLK is a gorgeous color this weekend. The berries are red through and through. It’s delightful. Chef’s kiss.

As far as treats go, we went nuts. We have strawberry bars, house made almond butter brownies, and protein bars, in addition to our usual cookie selection.

We will be making strawberry matcha lattes this weekend, too!

PSA…Attention Sunday Shoppers!!!!!
I will be closing the shop one hour early on Sunday at 2:00 pm for a family event. If you usually come on Sunday, please plan accordingly. šŸ„›

šŸ„›PRE-ORDER ALERT! 🌸 šŸÆšŸ„›ā˜€ļøI’m sunny, aka Chamomile aMYLK, is back this weekend! I’ve been waiting patiently for the Chamomile flowers to be ready to harvest all Spring. On Thursday, I will drive an hour to pick them up from Genevieve, !

Once I get back to the kitchen, I’ll carefully remove the flowers from the stems and infuse them with raw honey over very low heat to make a simple syrup for our incredibly sunny, bright and lovely herbal almond aMYLK. I’m excited to bring it back this year.

Healing with herbs and medicinal plants was my impetus for starting aMYLK back in 2016. When I launched aMYLK, I started off with basics, and then I started making my affirmation super aMYLKs using medicinal plants and superfoods to help my customers heal and feel more joyful, beautiful, abundant, spicy, sleepy, cosmic and now… sunny.

My dad always called me his sunshine. ā˜€ļøHope you’re smiling from heaven, Dad because this one is for you. :)

Strawberry aMYLK is still crushing it at markets. Be sure to pre-order strawberry , too! šŸ“šŸ„›

šŸ„›šŸ“Strawberry LaunchšŸ“šŸ„›And a few surprises. We have a lot of leading ladies this week….

It’s strawberry aMYLK time! We had amazing pre-orders! Thank you! To celebrate the start of strawberry season we have strawberry bars at the shop!

In addition to strawberry everything, I decided to surprise you with a very special limited edition mylk that I originally created for my 2017 pop up series at Anthropologie! Pistachio Rose! This mylk is made purely from pistachios. It’s not a blend. We have to hand squeeze this one, which is why we don’t make very many. If you want one, be first in line!

Peach passionfruit sea moss and wild blueberry sea moss are back this weekend! Peach passionfruit is my favorite. I opened one of our sample jars and it smelled so amazing that I had to go get a spoon. Yum.

Last note: the weather is getting warmer. Don’t forget your cooler bags and ice for the market! aMYLK does best if it’s kept cold! Strawberry aMYLK is made with fresh strawberries, so drink that one quick, as it might spoil faster than the others and always store your aMYLK in the back of the fridge, not the door where it can be ten degrees warmer.

See you and at the shop! Bottles also available in LOšŸ„›

šŸ„›PRE-ORDER REMINDERšŸ„›This is your pre-order reminder to get your order in now before Wednesday’s noon cut off, or you might not get your preferred flavor or size!

I’m in LA/Palm Springs this week getting in a little rest before the opening of our Summer season.

While here, I’ve been doing a big round-up of smoothies, elixirs and non-alcoholic wines and cocktails. After spending $30 on a smoothie and $14 on an iced matcha at Erewhon made with house made nut mylk, I’m feeling inspired. It’s research, I tell myself.

The exciting thing is, aMYLK is every bit as niche (maybe even more so), and has a higher vibe and higher quality than anything I’ve tried in LA and I’ve tried a lot. I think that’s due to the fact that we are not venture capital funded, I don’t have shareholders to appease and we are small enough to make sure that every single product is top notch (or at least, that’s the goal).

We also really focus on our customers and I think that’s something that you can’t replicate. Being here in LA has reminded me that aMYLK is truly special. No one is making nut mylk like us anywhere. Not even Erewhon. Not even in LA.

This weekend we are finishing up our last weekend of I’m joyful with hormone balancing, joy inspiring adaptogens and superfoods. Chocolate almond is also phasing out. If you love these flavors, better order them now!

I’m excited to come home and get back into the kitchen feeling inspired.
