Summer cheese board. I made a couple of these a few weeks ago when we had a farewell get together for one of our neighbors. I had a market earlier in the day so it was nice to have something simple and fun to put together later in the afternoon that didn’t involve a lot of cooking. These are especially nice in the summer because it’s generally hot and you don’t have to deal with the stove. This is from the archives, the post has some cheese suggestions but it’s really up to what you like. Just thought I’d share and say hello! Off to make more granola. 😃

Good Day Granola! I’ve been making this granola for several years now, it’s something we’ve enjoyed and has always been better than store bought granola. Light, crisp, sweet, spicy and lots of nuts! I’ve packaged it up and look forward to sharing it with you.
I’m selling local in the Portland area right now. While it’s currently not available for online sales, I’ll update this page when that happens!
I’ll be selling granola this Saturday May 22nd at a makers market in NE Portland with other makers of things. I’ll have samples available for you to taste and hope to see you there!
