Cold—but beautiful—afternoon on the front yard patio to admire my Stewartia pseudocamellia’s fall foliage show.

I’m not a person that prays for snow. But when it happens, I guess we need to roll with it and revel in its beauty.

Lush and unstressed — guess that’s what plenty of water and heat yields. Wonderful color stories and beautifully tended plantings in the gardens surrounding the visitor center.
