Goodbye summer, hello FALL! Here are 5 Tips to thrive this fall season:

TIP #1: hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.
TIP #2: do less.
TIP #3: get cozy.
TIP #4: sweat.
TIP #5: more sleep.

Fall session of Vitality Through the Seasons is starting NEXT TUESDAY! We begin September 27th, followed by a 3 week Fall Cleanse starting October 10th.

This session we'll be diving deep into the elements and how they work in your body, in your environment, and in relation to each other.

Understanding this will give you the wisdom of how to work with your symptoms, and how to bring true harmony to your system long term.

Through these windows of understanding, we change our habits, our ways of thinking, and our ways of being, in order to be more integrated and harmonized with our own heart and that which we truly, madly, deeply desire.
