Black Men’s Wellness is partnering w/REACH to teach a live cooking class. If interested, fill out this Google Form and they’ll drop off a box w/all the food and ingredients so you can follow along during the live demonstration. It also comes with utensils and an apron!

I’m excited to do this with my son and niece. Family-friendly fun activity/memory you can have with your loved ones.

Lots of folks have been asking about Back-2-School FRESH. We’ve been fiscal sponsors for several events and good causes. Sometimes we advertise and most times we are just happy to donate to a good cause and stay in the background.
My goal was always to inspire, pass the torch and get out the way.
We are very much still active just behind the scenes and I thank God that He has elevated us to help others.
With that said, there are few families, businesses and one nonprofit we are partnering with this holiday season and donating gift cards to the families they select.

Tomorrow I can pick up 5 food bags for families and deliver them at your door. Just inbox me:

Looking for volunteers to help make and/or deliver holiday food baskets TOMORROW.
Moloko 10am-12pm putting together the baskets. At 1pm they go out for delivery.

Back-2-School FRESH

In the food boxes you receive a turkey, green beans, cranberry sauce, sweet and regular potatoes, stuffing, veggies, gravy packets, a pie and a few more items that I am forgetting. Pretty hefty basket/box that is individualized to the size of family.
