INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp of our Rose City Tonic syrup
2 oz dry vermouth
1.5 oz crème de cassis liqueur
Sparkling water

DIRECTIONS
In a collins glass with a few ice cubes, combine dry vermouth, crème de cassis and our Rose City Tonic syrup. Stir to combine, then top with sparkling water and serve.
