Dear friends, I’d love to gather with many of you on New Year’s Eve to continue a tradition that Arny and I began many years ago -- meeting on Zoom to celebrate both the New Year and Arny’s birthday (January 1st), and to feel ourselves in community.
This will be the second year that Arny won’t be with us in his physical body. His physical absence still weighs so heavily and deeply on my heart, and, I know, on the hearts of many of you. Yet I also feel and know that his awesome and passionate spirit will be with us. He reminded us that we are not simply alive or dead, but an ongoing dreaming process, and that he will always be here. I feel this every single day and know he will be with us and “woofing” as we gather to welcome the new year.
During this short New Years Eve gathering, we will do some of the things we’ve done in the past such as dream about the coming year for each of us, find out who is the Tao of the new year, and celebrate Arny’s birthday -- though he never wanted us to do that! So typical of his immense generosity, he insisted that we not focus on him, but rather focus on everyone’s birthday in the coming year. In the photo he is opening his arms to embrace everyone on his 80th birthday! (thanks to Cathy Bernatt for the great photo!)
I know the timing is not the most convenient for everyone around the world, but I do hope many of you are able to come! Here is the info:

(from Amy) As promised, here is the second short set of videos of Arny (about 5 minutes long) that I showed at the June 10th gathering. I’m sure you will feel the way in which Arny’s teachings grow out of his utter love and awe of nature.
The first clip comes from an audio recording I found of Arny talking about using your processmind in the world. In the second clip he speaks about "being what nature wants you to be," and in the third video he talks about how he learned psychology from nature, and about the invisible powers that move us.
Once again, I’m so happy to share these brief teachings and Arny’s beautiful, exuberant spirit with you all.

Dear friends, (another message from me, Amy)
I am happy and amazed! After innumerable curves and detours since the Fall of 2023 when I first conceived of the idea to collect and create a book of stories about Arny, the book is finally published and available! The amazing thing is -- the book came out a couple of days ago on Arny's and my 40th anniversary (since we first got together)! What a wonderful gift!

I’m delighted the book is available for you to enjoy. And I'm so happy I was able to read many of the stories (and short introductions I wrote in the book) to Arny which he loved hearing.

I am grateful to everyone who generously shared their stories about Arny, Barbara Burkhardt for her wonderful editing and ongoing care and support, and Jerry Grant for his great work with the photos which were challenging due to their varied quality.

And most of all, I’m so thankful to Arny, the most beautiful man who inspired so many of us to tell our stories about him, and who continues to gift all of us with Process Work, and with his love, wisdom, teachings, playfulness, and so much more.
