🦑 SQUID INK TAGLIOLINI 🦑
Calamari lovers, this one is for you! We add squid ink to our khorasan pasta dough, which we hand cut into tagliolini noodles. Our squid from SoPo Seafood gets sautéed in a hot pan, and the sauce is built with a sofrito made with fennel, garlic, white wine, and oregano that we then cook with ‘nduja sausage and butter. We finish with some gremolata pangrattato (aka fancy herbed breadcrumbs!) and fresh oregano.
