Side project with my illustration mentor: portrait of a revolutionary. Was Georgia O’Keeffe a revolutionary? Maybe, maybe not. But she lived life on her own terms, and that’s pretty revolutionary to me. And anyway, I needed the desert vibes to get me rolling since I don’t do portraits.

Okay official post of the Peruvian livestock. Loved all@the animals on this trip, but definitely struggles with the entirely different regard the people have for animals than here in the US. Animals are tools and food, they don’t get names and they do get rocks thrown at them. That being said, they all appeared to be healthy, well fed, and relatively clean, even the feral dogs (coming in another post)
