Join of this weekend for her Reiki Level 3: Advanced Practitioner Training this weekend, that will kick off the 6 month Reiki for Life: Reiki Mastership Group & Individual Mentorship Training! 🎉

“It is the greatest honor of my life to be able to share this incredibly powerful healing modality with my community, and what a JOY and special gift to be teaching & empowering future teachers!!” ☀️

This training is open to Reiki Level 2 graduates from any lineage who feel a soul-level calling to join. I only offer this training every other year, so the next time it will be offered is in 2028.

A special New Year’s Acupuncture Sound Bath to help get your energy right, as we flow into 2026!

Join us for this relaxing and nourishing sound & healing experience featuring a live ambient sound bath and gentle acupuncture treatments. This event will support you in relaxation, nervous system soothing, re-balancing of the body and its energetic pathways, and a subtle energy cleansing & reset.

We’ll open sacred space together, and you’ll then be invited to get cozy, fully relax and receive. Sarah will lead a short guided visualization while beginning the sound journey with various ambient & sacred instruments. Kat will then provide a gentle acupuncture treatment for all attendees who’d like to receive, with the intention of balancing the flow of energy in the body and supporting relaxation. This will be followed by a beautiful & immersive sound journey. You’ll be relaxing in your inner world in a meditative state, while receiving the benefits of the acupuncture treatment and the sound healing vibrations.

After the acupuncture needles are removed, we will close the practice with a short Qigong-style self-massage practice led by Kat, with the intention of bringing us back into presence and grounding in our bodies after our sonic + energetic journey.

This long and luxurious Acupuncture Sound Bath will include live, ambient instruments such as shruti box, singing bowls, chimes, drums, bells, and other vibrational sound medicines.

These gentle healing modalities will assist your body in relaxing, and in energetically releasing what you are ready to.

All are welcome - no experience necessary!

As 2025 draws to an end, this will be a space for you to deeply rest and reset for the new year. Whether you’ve been enjoying the merriment of the season or heaviness from grief (or most commonly the full spectrum), now is the perfect time to ask your body what it truly needs. You may find that what you yearn for the most is rest.

We will create a safely held container where your full being is encouraged to release tension, process emotions, restore homeostasis and simply allow whatever arises in you. I will also offer hands-on reiki while you are in the poses or savasana, based on your full consent and preferences.
