We had a flurry of action right at the start and got multiple offers first weekend but unfortunately the buyers backed out at the last minute (and we had lost our back up buyers). Then the stars aligned and the back up buyers ended up backing out of their purchase and coming back to us! It was a bit of a roller coaster, but our awesome seller Moses kept his faith in us to get it to the finish line.
