Resolutions aren’t right for everyone because not everyone needs to feel like they have to live life with a constant bar to hit.

Sometimes going with the flow and allowing what feels best to consume you at the right time is where you can be most happy.

Here’s to any of you that are in that place right now. Embrace that s**t because it’s certainly a free feeling.

Make sure you’re doing what you feel is right and as soon as you catch yourself feeling off or lost in a negative way, that you can always ground yourself with some goal setting and your grounding list.

A grounding list would be a collection of things that you have in your life that you’re grateful for and are kind of the most basic things you’re always attentive to because they matter above all.

Happiness is the resolution we should all have every day and we should remember to never compare ours to someone else’s.

Find out your friends goals and be the friend that helps them stay accountable.

Doesn’t have to be every day but bring them up in your regular conversations and see how you can help push them to get where they want to be.

You could be the difference between your friends success or failure.

Energy the same for relationships and family. If you aren’t helping make your partner the best they can be then you aren’t being the best partner you can be!

Encourage growth not bad habits.

Same note: stay away from people who encourage your bad habits and spend more time with the ones inspiring you to be better.

Im trying to find the right balance between work and rest/leisure. If you work 40 hours a week, it’s hard to also get in training and do something else with productivity on a daily basis.

How much of 5-10/11 PM is going to be the right mix for me to feel like I’m doing more than just sitting at a laptop all day then shutting it off and my brain with it.

I’m not even that good at focusing on work so how can I manage focus on something else that may improve my life after work?

Some of y’all are crazy with your work and school or study, I don’t currently have the brain power, maybe I don’t want it.

That’ll be a focus for me going into next year. I think it really depends on what you want, but sometimes that’s not always black and white with a path of exactly what to do.

Here’s to figuring it out 🍻
