For over 100 years, Port Huron has been known for specialty papermaking excellence. Two mills, side by side, helped build that reputation through craftsmanship, innovation, and generations of skilled workers.
Now, with the restart of Legacy Port Huron Paper, those strengths come together once more, a uniquely experienced team ready to carry this legacy forward.

We’re proud to announce the restart of Paper Machine #8 (PM8) at our facility in City of Port Huron Government, Michigan—bringing 30,000 tons of specialty paper capacity back online to help meet the growing demand for sustainable food packaging.
The historic Port Huron mill has operated continuously since 1888, under a long line of owners including Port Huron Sulphite and Paper Co., Port Huron Paper, Pentair, EB Eddy Paper, and Domtar Specialty Papers. We’re honoured to carry that legacy forward.
