🚨 Did you notice the changes to our new flyer? 🚨

There are a few big changes from our previous one, and they’re all because we listened to your feedback.

After last year’s event, we listened to our vendors and the car community, and we made changes that had a huge impact on our April show.

✅ A better vendor layout with improved visibility and more foot traffic.
✅ A new registration and judging system that created a smooth, hassle-free experience.
✅ A more affordable pricing structure so more people could enjoy the event.

Now it’s time for the next round of improvements…

This time, we listened to the public.

🍂 First… the name.

This event is now The Big Bash Fall Festival & Car Show.

Why the change?

Because it’s so much more than a car show!

After our Spring event, several people told us, “I thought it was just a car show.”

Nope!

The Big Bash has evolved into a family-friendly festival with something for everyone—show cars, celebrity guests, movie & television vehicles, nearly 100 vendors, food trucks, live music, kids’ activities, demonstrations, and so much more.

⏰ Second… the hours.

Some of you told us that ending at 5:00 PM made for a long day.

We heard you.

Our new event hours are:

🕥 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM

That gives everyone plenty of time to enjoy the event while still getting home a little earlier.

⭐ Third… the guest lineup.

This one is HUGE!

We went from 3 celebrity guests to 6!

We are less than 4 months away from this big event!

If you’re a local business, maker, or food truck looking to get in front of a large, engaged crowd, this is the event for you.

🛍️ Vendor Space Options & Pricing

• Standard Vendor Space (10x10): $65
• Automotive Vendors and larger vendors Spaces are also available
• Food Truck / Trailer Space: $160

Spaces are assigned and first come, first served.

👥 Attendance

Based on previous years, we typically see 3,000–4,000 attendees, with strong foot traffic throughout the day thanks to:
• Celebrity guests and impersonators
• Movie/TV vehicles
• Live entertainment
• Family activities
• A large, dedicated car show crowd

⏰ Don’t Wait

In past years, food truck spaces have sold out months in advance, and vendor spaces have filled up weeks before the event date.
With fewer vendor spots available this year, we expect registration to fill even faster.
