4/2/2026:

Earlier this afternoon, our tower at Bundy Hill in Remus took a direct lightning strike, which caused several radios serving the surrounding area to fail.

Our team is already working on it and getting replacement equipment ready. We will have a tower crew onsite to make the needed repairs as soon as the weather safely allows.

Some customers may see service come back within the next few hours as we complete ground repairs. For others still affected, we expect service to be restored tomorrow between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

We know how frustrating outages can be, and we truly appreciate your patience while we work to get everyone back online as quickly and safely as possible.

02/23/2026

10:20am - We will be conducting additional maintenance late tonight to implement performance and stability improvements related to the outage earlier today. This work will occur during our standard maintenance window from 2am to 4am. Please do not be concerned if you experience a brief service interruption during that time.

We appreciate your patience as we continue working to deliver the highest level of reliability and performance possible.

9:40am - All services should now be fully restored. If you are still experiencing any issues, please contact our support team at 989.779.1800 and we will be happy to assist you. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

8:40am - Several locations are now back online and stable, though they are currently running on backup paths and may experience reduced speeds. We have identified the faulty equipment and are actively replacing it. Once the replacement is complete, all sites will return to their primary routes and full performance will be restored.

8:10am - We are currently addressing an issue at our data center that is impacting service in some areas. Our team is actively working to restore service as quickly as possible and we expect it to be resolved shortly. We will provide an update as soon as everything is fully restored. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
