We are thrilled to welcome back Shawna Evans to lead this all-levels flow! As a mom, Up Yoga teacher, and regular climber at Vertical Endeavors, Shawna brings a unique blend of empathy and humor to her practice. Expect a supportive, light-hearted 45-minute class designed to inspire joy, a little playfulness, and the perfect morning reset.

The morning is just getting started at Savasana! Our cafe is open from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM for all your post-class refueling needs. Treat yourself to our full brunch menu and a signature specialty espresso drink, iced latte, or refreshing smoothie to keep the good vibes rolling.
