As of April 22, over 15,136 votes have been cast already. The campaign has analyzed the returned ballot data & 43% of the supporters of Measure E still have not voted. We have until May 3 to get these supporters to return their ballots. If a large portion of them do return their ballots, we will win. If these supporters do NOT return their ballots, we will lose.
