Autumn

Happy birthday in heaven to Mr Bob. Hardest working man in the world, most honest (sometimes brutally) and sharpest wit ever. (Thanks for the jasmine on my morning walk-can’t wait to see your dedication at Lions Clubs International at the Yukon ball field! )

It feels so strange to be celebrating anything right now during times of such personal + universal loss.
But, I feel like any moments of celebration and happiness are even more precious right now.
So, we invited some neighborhood friends to celebrate on the beach!
Before I take off again for some needed healing, it was nice to gather w my N Beach Miami crew.
Healing is a group activity in my opinion and we need good folks to remind us that happier times are ahead and that we can survive the sad ones together.

Today we did a big hike (I need to move through my sadness) and found ourselves at the in Shadyside
I love the murals of solidarity and peace and esp the Superhero!
Somehow sorrow feels lighter when you share it.
