In memory of my dad 🖤

Two for me… one for my daughter, for her pap.
A piece of him we’ll carry with us forever.

Some things are too important to leave behind.

Thank you

There are moments in your life that feel like a full circle… this was one of them ✨

Being invited back as a Legacy Rockette for a Women’s Empowerment Month media event at Radio City Music Hall was something I don’t take lightly.

This stage holds a piece of my story. My growth. My grit. My dreams as a young dancer… and now, my perspective as a woman, educator, and mentor.

Standing alongside these incredible women—past and present—was a reminder that the impact of what we do goes far beyond the stage lights.
It lives on in the dancers we inspire, the rooms we walk into, and the way we show up long after the curtain closes.

Empowerment isn’t just a moment.
It’s a legacy we carry forward.

Forever grateful to be part of something so iconic… and even more grateful for the woman I’ve become because of it 🤍 Thank you for a wonderful day.

Car Talk 🚗

A message to dance competition owners and directors…

Can we normalize quality critiques instead of quantity critiques?

More feedback isn’t always better feedback.

Judges shouldn’t feel pressured to fill every second of a critique recording just to make it longer. The real value comes from thoughtful, intentional notes that dancers and teachers can actually apply.

Sometimes the most impactful critique is clear, focused, and meaningful — not just longer.

Quality feedback helps dancers grow.
And growth is the goal.

From the judge’s seat… just something I’ve been thinking about.

Teachers & studio owners — what kind of critiques actually help your dancers most?

After the Rockette media event ✨ we headed back to the hotel… and our driver’s name was Elvis.

If you’ve been here for a while, you know why that stopped me for a second.

I don’t really believe in coincidences like that anymore. I believe in little winks. In reminders. In moments that feel placed in your path when you need them most. 🤍

Rested for a bit, then ran out to grab something to hold us over before dinner — mozzarella bites from and they were next-level. Crispy. Cheesy. Completely worth it.

Ended the night at dinner with family.
Full heart. Full stomach.

Grief and joy really do live side by side. And sometimes they show up in the name of your Uber driver.
