When I tell you this woman right here I admire and look up to so much in the yoga world. She doesn’t even know it. She can kick ya butt in a vinyasa flow or relax ya mental with a Hatha class. Yoga Jones mama Ms. Tina 🥰♥️.

Today I was challenged to think on my toes and change my normal routine. In teaching class. In how to get my car unstuck. In learning to release my muscle during Yin Yoga class.
Routines are good in Ayurveda they can be called sadhana. You have daily and seasonal sadhanas and with spring knocking on our door steps it’s time to switch things up a bit.
