As promised! More reveals from our home remodel in last two years. This was a half- bath off the den on the first floor. The vanity is particularly special as I made it from the old fireplace mantle. Laura sourced a custom travertine sink from Turkey and we made the vanity legs to match it. It gives off museum vibes now. Elegant!! (Scroll to the right to see the before pics)

Perform onsite construction/carpentry tasks necessary for completing new construction, and owner-occupied residential remodel projects; perform technical carpentry repairs while working with subcontractors and homeowners.

Key Responsibility: TECHNICAL WORK

• Perform common residential carpentry tasks such as: framing, drywall, insulation, door/window installation, trim, flooring, decks, and kitchen and bath finishes

• Work in a way that prioritizes client health, safety as well as home durability and energy efficiency

• Independently plan, organize, and efficiently execute assigned tasks; maintain company tools and equipment

• Communicate regularly regarding changes to work

• Manage project tasks, including purchase of materials and gathering of tools and equipment

• Communicate with clients, co-workers, and subcontractors to set expectations regarding workday schedules, potential disruptions, and safety
