In her role as Senior Global Account Manager for Marc & Rose Genuine Hospitality, Michaela leads national and international sales efforts for a seven property boutique portfolio. She oversees enterprise level account strategy, strengthens brand presence across 25 states, and cultivates high impact partnerships with corporate, association, and third party clients. Her leadership extends into talent development, where she trains and mentors new Strategic and Global Account Managers, shaping the next generation of hospitality sales professionals.
Throughout her career, Michaela has excelled in complex market environments, achieving multimillion dollar revenue goals, managing large scale convention and group business, and building trusted relationships across SMERF, sports, multicultural, fraternal, government, and corporate sectors. Her work is defined by a blend of strategic vision, operational understanding, and genuine client care.
Beyond her professional achievements, Michaela is a dedicated industry advocate. As Vice President of Professional Development for MPI Pittsburgh, she leads initiatives that elevate education, strengthen community engagement, and advance the meetings and events profession.
