This one has been all about integrating the old with the new to create long-lasting functionality and ease of access. The sunroom addition was built above the existing kitchen, both of which are now served by a new elevator. We also made several other interior upgrades, including the primary and guest bathrooms and the laundry room.

All of the above needed to seamlessly blend with the home’s pre-existing volume, and we’re pretty happy with how it's turned out (so far!). We reproduced trim work to match the original exterior details on the home and made specific design choices that compliment rather than detract or compete with the existing aesthetic (such as EIFS stucco and cedar shingles). Shout out to Eric Krabill, Justin George, and team for this beautiful work!

Shelves with retro metal edge banding and window seats that double as storage lend a playful, vintage aesthetic to this modern kitchen. We love the upscale lazy susan, too. Nice work, Steven and team!✨
