Crystal CREW is a special designation within our chapter for active members who have served in the role of Chapter President or those who have been a member of CREW for 14+ years.

We would like to recognize the contributions of Crystal CREW member Mimi Fersch, Vice President and Division Area Manager with First American!👏 👏 👏

With 35 years in the commercial title industry, Mimi has developed a strong network and understanding of the industry’s demands. She specializes in multifamily, retail, and mixed-use transactions. She was selected as a GlobeSt.com Woman of Influence in 2025.

As a CREW Pittsburgh Past President, Mimi continues to leave a lasting impact on our chapter.

What a perfect afternoon for our Annual Property Tour featuring Hazelwood Green!

This 58‑acre former steel mill site has transformed into a vibrant mixed‑use district along the Monongahela River. Our tour showcased incredible highlights from LEED Gold buildings and cutting‑edge robotics labs to new housing, community spaces, and even a historic galley-style brew house now home to local craft breweries.

As we walked the site, it was inspiring to see how many women in our region helped shape these projects through engineering, design, and construction leadership. Their impact is visible in every corner of Hazelwood Green.
