Awakening Spaces

One of the biggest issues I see with our modern day home is that we’re building homes way bigger than we need and paying for it in more ways than one.

Every extra room requires energy, maintenance, and attention. When we’re not actually using the spaces except for once or twice a year, there’s a lack of attention and awareness that often leaves things gone unnoticed.

So before you design or build, ask yourself: How often will I actually use this space? Not only will it make the cost of the build less expensive, you’ll have less to do on a daily basis in terms of maintenance.
