Ever feel burnt out, even doing something you love? 😣
I feel you…here’s what turned it around for me…
See, my business was growing, but the fun was gone.
Juggling everything left me stressed and scattered. 🤯
I nearly threw in the towel... but then I remembered WHY I started this journey.
It all came down to my passion for helping people reach their health goals 🔥
By refocusing on that, and zeroing in on my strengths, the spark came back.

Sick of salads? This is how I stay on track (and sane!)
I found a way to keep my meals satisfying AND reach my fitness goals.
Here's my strategy:
Breakfast & Lunch: I stick to high-protein, low-cal choices like cottage cheese, yogurt, and eggs. Keeps me full for hours! 💪
Dinnertime Fun: This is where I indulge in favorites like pizza, burgers, even big bowls of cereal! 🎉
The Math: Because my overall calories are still in a deficit, my body taps into fat stores, even with those tasty treats!
It's all about balance, not restriction. This makes hitting my health targets feel way easier (and way more fun!)

I've been hearing a lot of people talk about different extreme workout challenges lately...
🚫75 Hard
🚫250 miles of cycling in a month
🚫5k a day...
It's great to test your limits mentally and physically but what is the goal with these exactly?🤔
Unless you're already in pretty decent shape I wouldn't recommend these types of challenges.
More often than not I see people working WAYYY harder than they have to to reach their health, fitness, and physique goals.🥵
And choosing to exercise daily is sure fire way to get yourself injured and burnt out.😭
There's a much much easier way.💪
