Gm and Happy Saturday! I was looking for a plant based protein shake that also tasted good. I discovered Happy Viking by Venus Williams and decided to give it a try. It mixed well with my almond milk for a pre workout energy boost and I really like the taste!

My only concern was the sodium level so I will be mindful of my sodium intake on the days I take this. I love supporting black women owned products . ❤️❤️
