Apologies to tonight's yoga class, due to a bad head day the 5:15 pm class is canceled. Find me next at the Pittsburg Public Library for Thursday 10am chair yoga and then 5:15 pm Thursday yoga at Eclectic Soul Studio.

With anticipated slick roads, Tuesday morning chair yoga is cancelled.
