Dentists on Wheels is proud to introduce our St. Vincent de Paul Partnership Representative, Jim Noe! Our presence at St. Vincent de Paul in Pittsburg simply wouldn’t be possible without Jim’s incredible support. Jim was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2016 for his faithful and long-standing service to those in need throughout Contra Costa County. His more than 30 years of dedication to SVdP have seamlessly extended to his passion for ensuring DOW finds its home and can serve underserved communities. We look forward to continuing our work alongside Jim, ensuring the DOW and SVdP partnership continues to thrive and prosper for years to come.

Meet Shabnam Farzaneh, the visionary President and Founder of Dentists on Wheels (DOW). Shabnam established DOW to tackle the critical issue of inaccessible dental care for underserved communities in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties. Her commitment is simple: break down barriers so everyone can get the dental care they deserve. Before DOW, she founded the Northern California Group of Operation Smile and continues to dedicate countless hours to ensuring equitable access to oral health.
