A Chef's Path

A special shout out to my cousin/brother/chef Chris on his marriage to his beautiful wife Nicole. This was the man that got me started on this culinary path and taught me how to get down in the kitchen. I was young and dumb and he really showed me how to take this s**t serious if I wanted to make a career of it. I love watching him grow and now running things in a nice steak house. Thanks cuz for taking me under your wing and molding me to the Chef I am today. Even though at times I really hated you because you would make me work off the clock and making me prep things I shouldn't of been preping and push me to the limit in the kitchen, s**t i was running the broiler within the first 6months because of you! I miss thise black angus days! Well maybe one day we will open up a spot together like we've always planned, i know we will kill it! Good luck on this journey!
