Rafter tail mounted awning. Really awesome brackets and a really great product. However, when an awning motor fails and you can't get it back in, tremendous forces act on the mounting points. This one barely survived. The customer faced a costly repair. They waited three weeks before calling. If they had reached out sooner, I would have come the same day to get it in, and they would have been out a couple hundred bucks since their motor was under warranty.

Another beautiful day repairing shades. This was actually a repair of an install from a few years ago.

The original installers botched the whole thing, no fault to them, this isnt a job for everyone! Luckily the manufacturer stepped up when they didn't have to and replaced almost all the components and we were called to put them into place.

The thing about custom shades is you can get them looking cohesive and great with any environment you need shade to enjoy your time outdoors more.

You’re right if you said yes. Somebody thought it was a good idea to splice this reel (not the manufacturer) leading to terrible creases in this fabric.
