A new house in Cave Creek. We are the architects and contractors for this one, utilizing the design-build process. This view is from the wash and horse trail to the south. The exterior walls will be made integrally-colored CMU blocks, green to blend with the Palo Verde and ancient ironwood trees on the lot, with accents in beige and charcoal. Deep overhangs will allow the mass wall to deal only with convective heat by providing shade to eliminate the radiant heat gain. Swipe to see some images of the progression of the drawing.
