Kingdom Impact Initiatives
When I first started working in healthcare, I didn’t realize how much was actually being lost in the day-to-day flow.
Not just money—but time, follow-ups, missed steps, things falling through the cracks… and no one really seeing the full picture.
After 20+ years across healthcare, health insurance, and clinical operations, I’ve seen this play out more times than I can count—especially as agencies grow and things start moving faster than their systems can keep up.
It’s usually not a people problem… it’s a visibility problem.
Most agencies don’t actually have a clear A-to-Z view of how their process runs—from intake all the way through ongoing care and billing.
And when you can’t fully see it, it’s almost impossible to fix what’s not working.
I’m curious—
👉 If someone asked you to walk through your full process step-by-step today, would you feel confident doing it?
Or are there areas that feel a little unclear or inconsistent?

❄️ Winter Drive Complete! Thank you Phoenix Community 🤝
I’m grateful to share that our Winter Drive has officially come to a close, and together, we collected 92 essential items to support individuals and families in our community.
This effort represents more than numbers. It represents dignity, care, and people being seen.
While I may not always be physically present in this season (toddler life 🙏), I am incredibly thankful for the partnerships that ensure every item collected is placed directly into the hands of those who need it most.
A heartfelt thank you to our distribution and street ministry partners, including: ✨ The Hope Center at Calvary ✨ Phoenix Rescue Mission ✨ And those serving our community daily behind the scenes
Because of you: ✔️ Donations are distributed with purpose ✔️ Nothing sits unused ✔️ Every item makes an impact
This is what real community looks like.
🌧️ As we move forward, our collection efforts continue:
Sleeping bags (collected year-round)
Rain gear & ponchos (current seasonal need)
We also collect seasonal items in advance to ensure we are always prepared when the need arises.
📌 Transparency & Growth Update We are currently 50% funded toward filing for our 501(c)(3) status, and we’re taking intentional steps to build this foundation the right way.
If you feel led to support this next phase, you can do so here: 👉 https://givebutter.com/PIBKID
Every contribution helps us continue serving with structure, sustainability, and long-term impact.
Together, we are not just meeting needs — we are building something lasting… one community at a time.
Most businesses do not start with broken systems.
They start with something that works.
Over time, things get added.
New tools.
New processes.
New reporting requirements.
New ways of doing the same work.
And slowly, without realizing it, things stop lining up.
The system says one thing.
The process says another.
The team adapts in real time just to keep things moving.
Nothing is completely broken.
But everything feels heavier than it should.
More time.
More effort.
More second-guessing.
This is usually the point where people start looking for another tool or another hire.
But in many cases, the issue is not what is missing.
It is what is no longer aligned.
This is the work I do.
I review systems, processes, workflows, and reporting to identify where things are working together and where they are working against each other.
No added complexity.
No unnecessary layers.
Just clarity around what is actually happening and where adjustments need to be made.
If your operations feel heavier than they should, there is usually a reason.
I also believe in building something that goes beyond the business itself.
Every engagement supports something larger.
A portion of the work goes toward building KII Cornerstone Community, focused on creating real, lasting impact for those who have been overlooked.
So the work does not just improve operations.
It contributes to something meaningful.
There is something I have not said out loud yet.
The work I do is not just about systems, processes, or operational alignment.
It is about people.
For a long time, I tried to move the mission forward first.
To build something that could support those who have been overlooked, unheard, and without stability.
But the truth is, the mission cannot move without structure behind it.
It cannot move without resources.
And right now, I do not have outside funding.
I do not have donations coming in.
And I am not in a position to carry it forward alone.
So I had to step back and ask a different question.
What is the sustainable way to build this?
The answer was not separate from my work.
It is my work.
Helping businesses create alignment, clarity, and structure is not just about efficiency.
It is about building something that works.
Something that lasts.
Something that creates stability.
Because the same breakdowns I see in business, misalignment, lack of structure, things not working together, I have seen those same patterns affect people’s lives.
KII Cornerstone Community exists to support our homeless neighbors.
But it will not be built on intention alone.
It will be built through structure, sustainability, and work that actually moves forward.
This agency is how that happens.
Not as a separate path.
But as the foundation that allows the mission to grow.
So when I talk about alignment, clarity, and structure, this is what it is connected to.
Not just better businesses.
But real impact.
