It’s also time for sowing new crops for early spring/summer! Things are pretty busy round here right now 🙃

Braising Greens - 6oz. $4 per bag - a mix of tender kale, mustard greens, tatsoi & mizuna.
Great as a salad or side dish sautéed with olice oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir-fried or in Asian inspired soups.

Happy Groundhog Day folks! Here’s this weeks Sale

Fuzzy little Phil predicts 6 more weeks of winter! 🥶
But then again thats in Punxsutawney, meanwhile over here in beautiful Arizona we are sunny and warming up a bit! We shall see how it all plays out, either way I have new broccoli, lettuce, kale etc transplants getting ready to go out in the field soon. What the weather does will determine how quick or slow they’ll be ready to go! 😊

Tatsoi - 5 oz. $3 per bag - a close cousin to Bok Choy, that’s smaller, spoon shaped leaves, very versatile, salads, stir-fry, sautéed, soups.

Broccoli - $4 ea. Broccoli has begun reacting to all the rain and crowns have started growing a bit taller a separating just a bit but still super good and highly edible.

Broccoli Leaf bunches - $2.50ea. slightly bitter green, good sourse of calcium. Can be chopped and steamed or stir fried along with Broccoli, added to soups or healthy blended shakes
