Earth Mother Wisdom

Challenging situations always have a lesson to be learned. My speaking engagement went very well and the sessions I did went really well. I new I was there for those people. I felt great about doing that.

Now to the challenges. First our second plane was over booked so we took a later flight that got us there at midnight. I have been up since 3am Thursday until after 2am Friday. Woke up to a cramp in my left calf, slept until 1pm, socialized at 3pm with our host. Was told by the Male host to raise his vibration. My response "No" his response "just do it" my response "No". Saturday drove 2.5 hrs up and 2.5 hrs back to have a picnic in the mountains. (Beautiful!) Was supposed to walk a mile and I was walking so slow they left me behind. The elevation was a challenge. By the time we got back to our room in the barn my sciatic started hurting. I literally crawled up the stairs and for the whole duration of my trip. Sunday I stayed in a recliner and every day until I left. My husband had to help me use the restroom and shower. Did a reading Monday, spoke Tuesday, did readings all day Wednesday, and came home Thursday in a wheelchair. After all this I got a nasty text from my Male host talking about my immaturity of sleeping all day, avoiding them (my husband did his husband job and socialized with them because I couldn't), immature for not notifying them of my health issue before coming (Like I knew this would happen), and my gifts are fake. Keep in mine everytime I saw them they were so appreciative and kind. Originally I was supposed to go on a vacation there, their words. They bought my tickets and it changed to just network with the community there to actually doing sessions and speaking for a few hours. They got me tied down because I excepted the trip.This kind of situation has happened 4 times with people who wanted to have fun on a trip or become friends. I don't want to not trust people but that is how I am feeling now.
My take away: you truly know who people are when you spend more than 24 hrs with them, money to people is there power, people who tell you they're spiritual doesn't mean their actions reflect that, and people will try to tear you down when they don't have control over you. I am in gratitude for the people I was in service to and for a deeper connection with my husband. Glad to be home in a safe place to recover.🤕
